This is a Chilli's This is a Chilli's in Vero Beach The fact the server was functional and very attractive already impressed me. So my expectation of food quality was low. The entree did not get me sick so I was thrilled. I'd give them 5 stars just of that but then common sense comes into play. The blackberry margarita was yummy (weak but yummy). I like how you can check into the dumpster on facebook and pay using the automated machine on the table. I recommend calling your parents right now and request they change their free gift cards from Chili's to Carrabas so you can avoid this wasteland forever. Yes, I am aware there was a wait to be seated and Chili's is popular. I also believe most people are idiots.

Chili's food is great. Service is always sub par to other chain restaurants. Servers always act like its their first night on the job. Clearly can't multi task. We always go for the food or coupons and definitely not for the service. Average meal time takes much longer then it should. Make sure you aren't in a rush.

I love Chili's food...but this location's employee's...well, can you say....NO personality? When I go out, I want someone to WAIT on me, with a smile...just like I do at home when waiting on my peoples! :\ I mean really, is that too much to ask for from a restaurant with the reputation that Chili's is supposed to have? I think not. Someone needs to go back over their training manuals or something...smile a little bit and joke around (pleasantly, of course) with your customers...make them feel at home...or wait, maybe even special?? Duh! Still go there though...love the bottomless soup and salad lunch they have available everyday!

Service : Dude was on point with greeting and taking care of us . The food came out fast ( I would say within 10 minutes) - we had the chicken fajitas . He lost "good service points," once I payed at the kiosk on the table. He never came back . I guess since he brought us our dessert, and we paid on the computer - he didn't feel the need to finish servicing the table? Not cool. I loud talked him when he was at the register putting in another order - and told him THANKS and GOOD night - I realized that he was just phony for the tip. Food : It was ok . I don't think I will be ordering the fajitas anytime soon. The onions and peppers were very dark and really greasy. The molten cake was ok, but I lost my desire to eat and enjoy it after the waiter said " Let me go pop that in the microwave for you...." The ice cream had to be knocked a few times before it would break - that's how hard it was on the outside - no lie ... Drinks : Calypso Cooler is my drink - but he had the nerve to bring only 1 .When I asked for my second one , he stated the drinks with 2 or more things in it are not buy one get one free. WTH ? I just ate at Chilis a week ago and got it with no problem. So it's a franchise with special rules at different locations? I need to write them a note, but that second drink that they owe me ------ just came out of your tip. Over all - the worse Chili's experience yet.... I am back in Orlando - and will return to my routine Chilis .....

I hate to do this, because I have had so many great experiences here, but the service lately has been HORRIBLE. Went to dinner tonight and the server came to our table multiple times and brought our drinks with no straws....had to request them about three times. He did this on every refill. Then he just didn't bring the alcoholic beverages at all. No ice in the cups. Didn't clear the dirty plates u til we asked multiple times. Had to ask ANOTHER server. Didn't refill the bottomless chips until we asked multiple times. The entrees came out staggered over 10 minutes. Fajitas came out, then the the accompaniments 10 minutes later. Eye rolling from the server. Check completely screwed up. I'm only giving it two stars because the food tasted good. I used to come here like it was my job. This place has gone so downhill....

Much better food and service since the remodel. The tables are much cleaner now as well since the tile tables are gone. The grout always seemed dirty. Happy to see the new menu items.

Here are my gripes: no wifi and no vegetarian food other than salads. I got the lunch fajitas and it came out on a kiddie platter. I won't be back to any chili's. Even Applebees has wifi!

Disgusting food. Terrible service. Weird spongy chicken. Greasy chicken tenders. I was actually relieved my kids didn't eat their food. I went home and cooked dinner after spending 100$ at this place. And we were charged for their stupid, filthy e-menu! I will never go to a Chili's again.

Went back here yesterday for their bottomless soup and salad. Two words: CRAPPY SERVICE. And we were the only ones there. Come on Chili's......try to look for better quality employees and a little personality kicker might not be so bad either. Food was still Chili's quality, which was acceptable.

It's a Chili's! Yeah, it's a chain. The food here is exactly like every other Chili's across America and tastes mediocre. It's pleasant comfort food, not fine dining. I do like the 2-for-1 drink prices every day. When you're on a budget its nice to go to the bar and get few cheap drinks. The bar is often full at night and depending on how busy it is, the service can be slow.

Went there on a weekday. No waiting. Service was fast and courteous. Had the $20 for 2. I had the ribs and my wife ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken. Both meals were delicious and served hot. Soft drinks kept coming. Visit their website for coupons. Usually free appetizer, chips or desert.

Just got home and we are stuffed to the gill! We had excellent service, excellent food, and the atmosphere was good. We ordered upon arriving, and I decided to change my order at the last minute. Our waiter Chris, changed it with no problem. He was very nice and if we go back, which we will in the very near future, we will request to have him wait on us. We got the triple dipper as an appetizer and quesadilla's as our main course, and had plenty to bring home as a second meal for later tonight. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good food and good service at a great price!

When I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Miami, I usually drive up to Vero Beach, and when I do, I always try to eat here. I know this is a chain restaurant, but here the service is way above average, the place is always clean, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place over Applebees, and all the other chain restaurants in the area, except maybe Carrabas.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
